Dear valued customer,
LaCroix Precision Optics has been monitoring the rapidly changing conditions and new information about the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We recognize the importance of continuing to serve our customers during this situation. While the company's highest priority is the health and well-being of our employees, we will make every effort to ensure our production lines are not interrupted.
With guidance from the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Department of State (State), and the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH), we are taking the following steps:
- Training every employee on recommended prevention procedures
- Restricting non-essential travel and visits to our facility in Batesville, Arkansas
- Setting up a crisis management and communication system
- Communicating with our supply chain to determine weaknesses and building extra supply stocks where necessary
Because this is an unprecedented global pandemic crisis, the most critical response will be flexibility. We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops. We stand ready to make changes as they become necessary. We will provide updates to customers and suppliers via direct correspondence and our website. We appreciate your patience in this unfamiliar time and extend our sympathies and well wishes to those individuals who have been impacted.
Thank You,
Kirk Warden
President LaCroix Precision Optics
