LaCroix Precision Optics is pleased to announce the promotion of Kirk Warden to President of the company, effective July 2, 2018. Ray LaCroix, Jr., who has served as President since 1985, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board.

Kirk Warden has been promoted from Executive Vice President to President of LaCroix Precision Optics, effective July 2nd. 


“This is an exciting new chapter for our company,” says LaCroix. “After 57 years with the company, it was time that I put in place the planned succession strategy for the company. I know Kirk will do a great job, and we are confident about the future of LaCroix Precision Optics under his leadership.”


Raymond LaCroix, Jr., has been active in the company since 1961, and has served as President since the death of his father Raymond LaCroix, Sr., in 1985. In his new role as Chairman of the Board, he will continue to participate in corporate strategic planning and provide counsel to the President.

Kirk has been with LaCroix Precision Optics for 15 years and has served as Executive Vice President since 2012. As EVP, Warden has managed day-to-day operations and the sales and marketing efforts of the company. Warden has a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Oklahoma City University. Kirk is married to Michelle, a radiologist, and has two daughters Logan (11) and Drew (8). He serves on multiple not-for-profit boards including APOMA (American Precision Optics Manufacturers Association), Lyon College Board of Trustees and the Batesville Regional Airport Commission.
